4 million animals are killed per year

that is 11,000 per day, 458 per hour

The Goal of Barriers Against Repeated Cruelty (BARC) is to assist in stopping the brutality and viciousness of abuse. Animal Abuse and Domestic violence go hand in hand.

By admitting and addressing the correlation between these two forms of cruelty we can make changes.

We are all beings that feel love, fear, happiness, sorrow...and pain.

Our first Action Plan is to help the abused, neglected and abandoned animals in kill shelters:

  • By coming a resource for animal rescues in funding vetting, training, boarding and adoption.

  • By helping the public become aware of the very adoptable four legged family members that are in shelters. We can save lives by adopting, sponsoring or fostering.

  • By becoming a communication portal for rescues, rescuers, shelters and animal transporters. We have joined forces with our sister organization, Realtors to the Rescuer (RTTR) www.Realtorstotherescue.Com in helping homeless animals find loving homes.

By working together we can make change happen!
